Roland Vasquez
Owner · Lead Builder
Roland spent eleven years as a bench technician for a club repair operation in Belleville before
opening this shop in 2009. He does most of the iron set work and all of the frequency planning, and
he is the reason the trim spec gets written before anything is cut.
He is also the one most likely to tell you your current clubs are fine. He has an unshakeable
opinion that a properly stepped set of eight-year-old irons beats a badly assembled new one, and he
has the cards on file to argue it.
Ask him about: frequency slope, taper tip work, anything involving a set that
“never felt right from the 6-iron down.”

Delia Hartigan
Fitter · Woods and Hybrids
Delia came out of a launch monitor background, working three seasons for a demo tour before
deciding she preferred the bench to the parking lot. She handles most driver and fairway sessions and
keeps the profile board data current.
Her particular skill is getting useful data out of players who tighten up the moment a radar unit
is switched on. She will spend the first ten minutes talking about anything other than golf, and the
numbers are better for it.
Ask her about: driver length, counterbalancing, why your fairway wood works off a
tee and nowhere else.

Marcus Obi
Builder · Wedges and Short Game
Marcus runs the second bay and does the wedge and putter work. He came to club building from a
machining background and brought the habit of checking a dimension twice before committing to a cut,
which fits this shop perfectly.
He maintains the loft and lie machine and does the grinding work when a sole needs relieving for a
particular turf condition. He is the person to see if your wedges are all stamped different lofts and
all fly the same distance.
Ask him about: bounce for soft spring turf, partial-swing shaft weight, putter
counterweighting.

Sunny Kaur
Bench · Grips, Audits and Scheduling
Sunny handles the intake measurements, the bag audits, and every regrip that goes across the
counter. If you have called the shop, you have spoken to her, and if your clubs have been measured
here, she took the readings.
She has become the shop's specialist in grip build-up for players managing arthritis or a hand
injury, which started as a favour for one customer and turned into a steady part of the work.
Ask her about: tape layers, core sizes, junior sizing, and what a bag audit
actually reports.
