People arrive convinced they need a full-bag rebuild and leave having fixed one club. That is a good outcome, not a failed appointment. If you are unsure which category applies, start with the club you least want to pull out of the bag on the first tee.
Each service below lists what gets measured and roughly how long it takes. Times are honest averages — a set of irons with a lie-angle problem takes longer than a set without one, and we will not rush the second half of a session to hit a clock.

Iron Fitting
Frequency slope planned across the set, lie angle read off an impact board, shaft weight matched to how you deliver the club rather than to your handicap.

Sole geometry checked against the lies you actually face, plus a shaft profile that lets you hit down on the ball without the club feeling like it is fighting you.

Three Services That Are Not Fittings
Not everything needs a full session. These run on the bench and often finish while you wait.
A
Full Bag Audit
Every club you own goes across the frequency machine, the loft-lie gauge, the scale, and the ruler. You leave with a printed table of what the bag measures and a short list of what is out of line. No swinging required, though you are welcome to.

Reshaft and Rebuild
Existing heads, new shafts, documented trim. Common when a favourite set of irons is worth keeping but the shafts have been bent, rusted, or were never right in the first place. Pull, clean, profile, cut, glue, verify.

Grip Work and Build-Up
Regrips with the tape layers counted and recorded, including asymmetric build-up under the lower hand for players with arthritis or a size mismatch between hands. Walk-ins accepted when a bay is free.
